Living Room
In the living area there is the sofa bed and an arm chair.
There is a pull down table and chairs for 4 people. Door off to the balcony.


Kitchen
There is a kitchenette in the living room with a 2 ring hob. There are plenty of pots and pans,
cutlery and a grill, slow cooker and sandwich toaster. There is a fridge with very small freezer compartment.


Bedroom
This apartment is small and cosy with an entrance area that steps down into the
bedroom area with a double bed in an alcove. The other double bed is a sofa bed in the living room.


Bathroom
There is one bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.


Balcony
There is a large sunny balcony and the foot of the Alps is on your doorstep. With the river and waterfalls within 2 minutes walk.
In winter, you can literally ski to steps to the apartment door. The Nyon Telepherique lift is a 50 metre walk away.





Other
There is a cave available for skis / boots / boards and bikes. There is parking outside the apartment.
Cleaning/towels/

Linen/maid service
Linen is included in the price but you will need to supply your own towels. The apartment will be cleaned after each rental.

Notes on accommodation There is underfloor heating and heaters that keep the apartment very warm and cosy. We have spent many holidays here in both seasons and love returning year after year. There is a TV/DVDplayer, iPod speaker dock and CD player/radio.
