Skiing The lift is 2 mins walk away and is really quiet as it is only the apartments that use it. You can ski back to the apartment. If you want to explore up to Avoriaz there is a free bus stop just to the right of the apartment which will take you to the correct lifts.

Travel Geneva airport is 1hr -1hr 15mins - depending on weather. Lyon Airport is about 2 hrs away. Calais is an 8-9 hours drive. You will need to hire a car, or there are bus services available from Geneva.

Distances Geneva is 75KM away. Evian 40 KMs. Annecy 50 KMs. Chamonix 50 KMs. Mont Blanc Tunnel 50KMs, which then takes you through to Italy.

About Morzine Morzine is a beautiful french town with swiss influence and had an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from. It has great supermarkets and lovely shops for browsing and purchasing that little bit of France! The town has all amenities including doctors, banks, chemists and a great Tourist information. In the winter and summer months, Morzine has a full activity programme that can be found in the Tourist Information centre. In the winter, there is an ice rink in the centre of Morzine, which is great fun for adults as well as children. There is torchlit descents, ice hockey matches and two cinemas so there is never a dull moment. In the summer, there is an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool with pools around it for children and slides coming down into. For the more active there is tennis courts, skateboarding, horse riding in the forest walks, tree top ropes courses, stunning lakeside walks, boating on the lakes, mountain biking for the novices through to the more experienced thrill seekers. Morzine has something for everyone and is beautiful, relaxed and very friendly.
